Terms of Service - H Real Estate Technologies

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the H Real Estate website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Platform.

2. Company Information

The Platform is operated by H Real Estate Technologies (Private) Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a registered entity operating under the laws of Pakistan, with its head office in Lahore.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent to use our services.

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

Post false, inaccurate, or misleading property listings or information.
Engage in fraudulent activities or attempt to deceive other users.
Distribute viruses, malware, or any other technologies that may harm the Platform.
Copy, modify, or distribute our copyrighted content or intellectual property without consent.

4. Property Listings and Transactions

Our Platform connects property buyers and sellers directly. We are a technology facilitator and do not act as a traditional real estate agent or broker unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

Accuracy: Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their property listings, including prices, images, and legal status.
Disputes: Any transactions or agreements made between buyers and sellers are solely between those parties. The Company is not liable for any disputes, financial losses, or damages arising from direct user-to-user transactions.

5. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, graphics, logos, source code, and software on the Platform are the exclusive property of H Real Estate Technologies (Private) Limited. You may not reproduce or use them without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain a secure and reliable platform, we make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in illegal activities.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
